We want you to love your ARTDECO cosmetics, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Pack Securely
Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
